I am not so big on supplements, I believe having a balance diet is so important to keep  adequate nutrient  levels that we need for the ultimate function for our body and to have a strong immune system. It’s impossible to eat pounds of orange to get the proper vitamin C that we need daily:) therefore having a good quality Vitamins will only help us more than not having enough. There is no magic pill for anything, having a balance Diet is crucial for optimal health.

Getting a yearly Blood work will determined what you need to supplement and what you don’t need. Make sure to discuss that with your Doctor.

Remember  vitamins can be appropriate for some situations but FOOD COMES FIRST.
