Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

This is my favorite recipe, it’s so easy to make and kids love it, specially if toast a slice for breakfast and put some grass fed butter  (kerrygold) on top…. yum:)

Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

Total Time: 55 minutes

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, banana, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Grease a bread pan and pour in batter. Bake for 35-50 minutes
